解决 “macos系统快捷键不能正常使用” 问题的具体步骤如下：

1、将苹果电脑开机后，在桌面右下角找到并打开“系统偏好设置”。

2、在“系统偏好设置”窗口，找到并打开“键盘”。

3、在“键盘”窗口，选择“键盘”，并且选择其右下角的“修饰键”。

4、在修饰键中将“command”和“ctrl”键位置互换，这样就可以使用ctrl+c或ctrl+v等快捷键了。

5、查看“键盘快捷键”，使用“CapsLock”（大写）键来切换中英文输入，点击“恢复成默认”即可解决问题。
